Men deny alleged plot to murder singer Joss Stone

Two men appeared in Exeter Crown Court charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and conspiracy to murder singer Joss Stone.

The two men from Manchester were named Kevin Liverpool and Junior Bradshaw.  Both are in there thirties.

Liverpool pleaded not guilty to the charges against him however, Bradshaw did not enter any plea pending results of psychiatric tests.

During a prior hearing, it has been alleged that weapons such as a Samurai sword, body bag, notes with the singers name and rope were in the car that the two men were arrested in at Cullompton, Devon close to the home of Jose Stone.

Both men have been remanded in custody and the case has been adjourned until 6 August 2012.  Joss Stone did not appear in court but instead her mother attended in the public gallery.  Miss Stone has recently been cast as a Bond girl in a new James Bond video game.

She is said to be worth in the region £9m.  She now requires a team of close protection bodyguards to protect her around the clock to ensure that she remains safe at all times.
